Content Strategist – Job Description

We are looking for a Content Strategist who understands how content works today—where AI, search, and social algorithms are constantly evolving. This role requires someone who can combine strong editorial judgment with data, SEO and Social Media insights along with AI tools to build a content engine that drives real business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the overall c
    ontent strategy across blogs, web pages, email, and social platforms
    .
  • Build
    content calendars, identify content opportunities, and maintain consistency across all channels
    .
  • Use
    AI tools to support research, planning, and first-draft creation
    , while ensuring all content retains a strong human voice.
  • Conduct 
    keyword research and monitor search trends
     to guide content direction.
  • Review and 
    refine AI-assisted content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment
     with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely
     with 
    design, marketing, and product teams
     to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Measure performance using 
    GA4, Search Console, and social analytics
    , and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Introduce new content formats and experiment with ideas that can improve reach and engagement.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in content, SEO, social media or digital marketing
    .
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and Social Media fundamentals and content best practices.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and able to build efficient workflows around them.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of design and video content.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or growth-focused environment.
