Job Summary
We are looking for a
Telecaller
to join our team and handle outbound/inbound calls to customers and clients. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, persuasive, and comfortable handling high volumes of calls daily. You will be responsible for generating leads, following up on inquiries, or resolving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain records of all calls and customer interactions in a CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into sales.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Address customer issues or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
  • Keep up-to-date with product and service information and company updates.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, and interests.
