Responsibilities for the role:

1. Procurement & Sourcing

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers/vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost efficiency.

2. Purchase Planning & Cost Control

  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as required.
  • Manage budgets and reduce procurement costs without
  • Analyze purchasing data and prepare reports on spending, savings, and vendor performance.

3. Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Evaluate suppliers on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
  • Resolve supplier issues such as delays, quality disputes, or non-compliance.

4. Coordination & Collaboration

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.
  • Support cross-functional teams in achieving operational efficiency

5. Compliance & Documentation


• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory.

  • Oversee import/export documentation (if applicable).
