The Opportunity:
Operational Leadership for a Tier-1 FRP Supplier

NDA Plastech
is seeking an elite, highly experienced
Production Plant Head
to take full operational control of our manufacturing and critical on-site project execution. This is the
most senior operational role
, reporting directly to the CEO, and is reserved for a seasoned veteran with
deep, hands-on expertise in Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Hand Layup.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Own):

• Operational Excellence:
  Full accountability for plant safety,
  zero-defect quality mentality
  , cost management, and timely delivery across all projects from our Pune facility.
• FRP Process Mastery:
  Continuously refine and scale our
  Hand Layup
  techniques, ensuring maximum material efficiency and strict compliance with high-tolerance standards.
• Strategic Planning:
  As a CEO direct report, translate NDA Plastech's growth vision into actionable, scalable production strategies.
• Dual-Site Management:
  Develop integrated systems to seamlessly coordinate labor, materials, logistics, and quality checks for both the main plant and external site teams.
• Team Leadership:
  Mentor and lead a diverse, high-skilled workforce, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement (
  Lean/Six Sigma
  ).

Qualifications & Non-Negotiables:

Industry Expertise (MANDATORY):
Deep, hands-on, verifiable expertise
in the
FRP/Composites or similar industry
is required, particularly with the
Hand Layup
fabrication method.

Experience:
Minimum
15+ years
in manufacturing/production, with
5+ years
in a senior Plant Head or GM/VP-level operational role.

Sector Knowledge:
Proven history of managing quality and compliance for products supplied to the
Automotive, Construction, and/or Infrastructure
sectors.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Chemical) or related technical field.
