The Role: Pure Technical Execution

This is a
core individual contributor role
focused purely on the shop floor,
not management
. You will work under the direct mentorship of the
Production Plant Head
, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality for our FRP products.

Your Key, Hands-On Responsibilities:

• FRP Production Mastery:
  Execute and monitor all daily activities, with a deep focus on the
  FRP Hand Layup process
  (mould prep, curing, resin calculation, finishing).
• Quality Assurance:
  Conduct rigorous process checks and audits to ensure products consistently meet stringent client and internal quality specifications.
• Efficiency Support:
  Assist the Plant Head in identifying technical bottlenecks, reducing material waste, and implementing immediate process improvements.
• Technical Guidance:
  Provide direct technical support and guidance to operators on the shop floor to maintain discipline, safety, and consistent product quality.
• Site & In-house Coordination:
  Support technical requirements for both in-house manufacturing and occasional
  on-site installation/coordination
  at major client locations.
• Reporting:
  Prepare detailed daily and weekly production performance reports for senior leadership.

What We're Looking For (2-4 Years Experience)

• Experience:
  2 to 4 years
  of hands-on professional experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role is non-negotiable.
• FRP Expertise (HIGHLY PREFERRED):
  Direct, practical experience with
  FRP manufacturing, specifically the Hand Layup process
  .
• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or a related Engineering field.
• Skills:
  Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and
  problem-solving abilities
  .
• Work Style:
  Resourceful, highly motivated, and comfortable executing tasks independently while taking direct instruction.

• Starting Salary:
  ₹25,000 per month (In-Hand).
• Direct Growth:
