**Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the CO2 and ammonia manufacturing plant.
- Ensure smooth operation of the production processes, meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Optimize plant performance by continuously improving processes, reducing downtime, and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure the plant complies with all relevant environmental, safety, and health regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA, or local environmental laws).
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure that all safety protocols are followed, particularly given the hazardous nature of ammonia.
- Promote a strong safety culture within the plant, ensuring all employees are trained on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- **Staff Management**:

- Lead and manage the plant's team, including supervisors, operators, and technicians.
- Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the team to ensure high levels of productivity and morale.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to ensure a skilled and efficient workforce.
- **Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
- Monitor production targets and ensure the timely delivery of products.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that raw materials (ammonia, CO2) are available for production without overstocking.
- **Budgeting and Cost Control**:

- Develop and manage the plant's budget, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
- Implement cost-control measures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce waste or excess spending.
- Analyze and report on plant performance against the budget and financial targets.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure the plant consistently produces high-quality CO2 and ammonia products according to industry standards and customer specifications.
- Oversee quality control processes and implement corrective actions as necessary to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to perform testing and monitoring to ensure product consistency.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
