**Job Title: Plant Incharge**

**Location: Solapur**

**Industry: Manufacturing & Fabrication**

Experience Required: Minimum **[X] years in Weld Shop, Press Shop, Fabrication, Paint Shop, Laser & Plasma Cutting**

**Job Summary**:
The Plant In-charge is responsible for overseeing the entire **manufacturing process, ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production targets.** The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination with various departments to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Production & Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day production activities in Weld Shop, Press Shop, Fabrication, Paint Shop, and Laser & Plasma Cutting.
- Ensure smooth workflow, resource allocation, and process optimization.
- Plan and implement production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor machine utilization, efficiency, and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns.

**2. Quality & Process Control**:

- Ensure quality standards are met for all fabricated and manufactured products.
- Implement inspection procedures for welding, painting, and fabrication processes.
- Work with the quality team to address defects and maintain customer satisfaction.

**3. Manpower & Team Management**:

- Supervise and guide production teams, including welders, machine operators, and supervisors.
- Conduct training programs for skill development in fabrication, welding, and machinery operation.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.

**4. Equipment & Maintenance**:

- Ensure regular maintenance of welding machines, press machines, laser/plasma cutting machines, and painting booths.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and quick issue resolution.

**5. Cost & Inventory Control**:

- Optimize raw material usage to reduce wastage and production costs.
- Manage inventory of consumables, spare parts, and raw materials.
- Identify areas for cost reduction while maintaining efficiency and quality.

**6. Coordination & Reporting**:

- Collaborate with design, procurement, and sales teams to align production with company goals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production output, downtime, and efficiency.
- Suggest improvements in production techniques for better output.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ Educational Qualification**:Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.**

✔ Experience: Minimum **[X] years** in **welding, fabrication, painting, laser/plasma cutting, and press shop operations.**

**✔ Technical Knowledge**:

- Welding (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Press Machines, Fabrication Equipment
- Laser & Plasma Cutting Machines
- Industrial Painting & Surface Coating

✔ **Leadership & Communication Skills** to manage teams and coordinate across departments.

✔ **Problem-Solving Ability**for handling breakdowns and production challenges.

- Salary**:40K-60 K, based on experience**

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
