Role Description

A market leader in polymer compound manufacturing diversifying into BESS requires a Plant Head. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up the plsnt and for overseeing day-to-day plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and production management. The role also involves budgeting, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency. The Plant Head will lead and coordinate teams to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Plant Operations in BESS and Production Management skills
  • Experience in Battery Energy Storage .
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing
