design, tendering, estimation, proposal writing, and execution
of large-scale water infrastructure projects. We focus on delivering sustainable, technically sound, and cost-effective solutions for water purification and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Engineering

  • Responsible for mechanical design and engineering of groundwater treatment systems.
  • Perform design calculations, simulations, and analysis to ensure technically accurate and compliant solutions.
  • Ensure all designs meet project requirements, tender specifications, and government standards.

Tender, Bid & Estimation

  • Lead tendering, bidding, and estimation processes for groundwater treatment projects.
  • Prepare competitive cost estimates and technical proposals for government tenders.
  • Collaborate with vendors for rate verification and costing validation.
  • Support cost optimization while maintaining design integrity.

Proposal Writing & Costing

  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, including design basis, costing, and execution timelines.
  • Ensure proposals are technically robust and financially viable.
  • Assist in vetting of tenders and estimates before submission.

Government Projects & Approvals

  • Coordinate with government departments for project approvals and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to public sector project procedures and tender documentation requirements.

Project Coordination & Technical Support

  • Provide technical support during project execution to ensure adherence to design and drawings.
  • Review and approve design modifications as needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project implementation.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of design engineers, providing guidance and training as required.
  • Review team deliverables for accuracy and quality.

Requirements

  • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. (Mechanical Engineering).
  • Experience: 10+ years in design and estimation of groundwater or water treatment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of government tenders, bid preparation, costing, and proposal writing.
  • Experience working with Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), or Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
