Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Experienced Healthcare Recruiter. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring healthcare professionals for various roles. Daily tasks include reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Additionally, the recruiter will provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates and maintain strong communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
  • Hiring and Interviewing skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
