Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and hire healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, Physicians, Allied Healthcare, and Medical Staff) for US-based clients.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Work on W2 recruitment, 1099, and C2C hiring models as per client requirements.
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
  • Ensure US healthcare compliance including credential verification, license checks, and background screenings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure excellent candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a US Healthcare Recruiter (mandatory).
  • Experience hiring for hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, in the US.
  • Strong knowledge of US hiring practices, W2 hiring, and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience in recruiting for Travel Nurses
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with US candidates and clients.
  • Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
