Location: Noida [Hybrid]

Shift: Night Shift PM to 3.30 PM)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals across the US market, ensuring client satisfaction and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for healthcare positions such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), CNAs, Medical Assistants, and other allied healthcare roles.
  • Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions across multiple states.
  • Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn, etc.), internal ATS, and other sources to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews, negotiate pay rates, and prepare candidates for interviews with clients.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding and credentialing team for documentation, background checks, and compliance processes.
  • Maintain candidate and client communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 1-4 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment or US IT staffing with a shift to healthcare.
  • In-depth knowledge of the US healthcare system, recruitment compliance, and visa requirements (TN, H1B, Green Card, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems JobDiva.
  • Strong understanding of various healthcare roles and licensure requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
