About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter (Contractual

Roles) to lead and manage a team of 5-10 freelance recruiters. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for overseeing recruiter performance, ensuring high-quality candidate

submissions, and actively engaging in hands-on recruitment to build and maintain a strong

candidate pipeline. This is going to be a dual responsibility role – working as both an

Account Manager and a Senior Hands-on Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 5-10 freelance recruiters, monitor their daily submissions, and ensure

quality standards are met.

  • Review, shortlist, and forward recruiter-submitted profiles to relevant job requisitions.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the recruitment team and hiring managers,

ensuring smooth coordination.

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing

candidates for assigned roles.

  • Build and maintain a personal candidate pipeline to support ongoing hiring needs.

  • Track team performance, provide regular feedback, and drive recruiters to achieve set

targets.

  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, timelines, and internal processes.

  • Maintain reports on submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3-5 years)in US Healthcare Recruitment

  • Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa

classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.).

  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of freelance recruiters effectively.

  • Hands-on experience in sourcing through portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder,

Indeed), LinkedIn, and networking.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong multitasking ability with a result-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings).

  • Must be open to working onsite in Noida, Sector 62.
