Position Overview:

As a
Healthcare Recruiter
, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, etc.) across multiple states in the U.S. You'll collaborate closely with account managers and clients to meet staffing needs efficiently while maintaining excellent candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment process
    — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job boards, databases, and social media.
  • Understand client staffing needs and match them with qualified candidates.
  • Negotiate pay rates, employment terms, and job offers.
  • Ensure compliance with all documentation and credentialing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly hiring goals.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
    (healthcare or staffing industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Willingness to work
    on-site
    at the Noida, Sector 63 office.
