
Accounts Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience and a strong grasp of accounting principles, GST & TDS filing, and day-to-day bookkeeping. The role also requires a working knowledge of operational processes and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations
● Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time
● Manage TDS calculations and filings as per statutory requirements
● Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure proper documentation
● Assist in monthly and annual closings and preparation of financial statements
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth accounting operations
● Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required
● Generate MIS reports for management review
● Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Key Requirements:
● Education: MBA in Finance / M.Com / B.Com
● Experience: 3 to 5 years in accounting and finance roles
Skills:
● Strong knowledge of GST & TDS filing
● Good understanding of accounting principles and operational processes
● Proficient in bookkeeping and financial reporting
● Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks)
● Strong MS Excel skills
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹32, ₹40,000.00 per month
