Role Overview The organization is seeking an accomplished professional to lead the Account Management func tion. The individual shall be responsible for driving client relationship excellence, account growth, and service delivery outcomes across key enterprise clients. The role requires extensive experience in staffing and IT services, with a strong track record in handling large-scale accounts, revenue expansion, P&L and stakeholder management. The incumbent is expected to provide strategic leadership, ensure operational alignment, and uphold high standards of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction to the Account Management team to ensure client retention, revenue enhancement, and consistent service excellence. Oversee portfolio performance, ensuring delivery alignment with client expectations, contractual commitments, and internal capabilities. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders to support collaboration, trust, and strategic partnership. Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion including cross-selling and up-selling of staffing and IT service offerings. Lead commercial discussions, renewal negotiations, pricing evaluations, and contract governance processes. Collaborate closely with Sales, Talent Acquisition, Delivery, and Operations teams to address client needs effectively and proactively. Monitor account-level performance metrics and provide periodic reporting to leadership, along with risk mitigation and improvement measures. Represent the organization in formal business reviews, strategic planning discussions, and performance review meetings with clients. Required Experience and Qualifications 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in Account Management and Sales within the Staffing, Talent Solutions, or IT Services sector. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow enterprise-level client accounts with measurable impact on revenue and client satisfaction. Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle processes, workforce deployment models, service-level frameworks, and commercial structures. Proven capability in leading teams, fostering collaboration, and developing professional talent. Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic business environment. Personal Attributes Professional presence with a composed and thoughtful communication style. Customer-centric mindset with strong commitment to service standards. Strategic thinker with high accountability and ownership. Capable of responding with maturity and poise in high-stake situations. Education Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
