We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Finance Manager to manage the day-to-day accounting operations as well as support the overall financial planning and reporting processes. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with accounting principles, financial regulations, and budgeting practices.
What we're looking for:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software
- Experience in GST return filing, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and ledger management
- E way bill generation
- Ability to prepare financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports
- Good understanding of cash flow management and working capital monitoring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication skills for liaising with banks, vendors, and internal departments

Job Description:
- Manage daily accounting operations including ledger posting, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and review GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support in financial analysis and MIS reporting
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions as needed.
