Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, based in Bangalore. The Telesales Executive will be tasked with engaging potential customers, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients via calls, addressing customer inquiries, assisting with product information, and building strong customer relationships. The role also involves identifying sales opportunities and achieving sales targets through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Experience in Lead Generation, Sales, and delivering solutions to meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Customer Support, problem-solving, and fostering positive client relationships
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on achieving results
  • Prior telesales experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
  • Fluency in local and English languages
