Job Description:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.

  • Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments (if required).

-Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

-Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

-Maintain professionalism during calls and ensure customer satisfaction.

-Report daily activities and feedback to the team leader/manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Minimum Graduate preferred.

-Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar role (Freshers can also apply).

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

-Basic computer knowledge (MS Office )

-Good listening skills and ability to explain information clearly.
