We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to lead our online presence through effective content creation, SEO, SMM, and data-driven paid campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Develop and implement engaging content strategies across all digital platforms.
  • Create compelling posts, reels, blogs, and ad copies aligned with brand goals.

Social Media Management (SMM):

  • Manage and grow brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Plan and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns.
  • Engage with the audience to boost reach, followers, and conversions.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Optimize website content for improved organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, backlinking, and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics.

Paid Campaigns (PPC):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage budgets, A/B testing, targeting, and ROI tracking.

Data & Analytics:

  • Track performance metrics across all channels using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Insights.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Strategy & Innovation:

  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.
  • Suggest and implement creative marketing strategies to maximize reach and ROI.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and campaign optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
