We are looking for a Male Sales & Marketing Executive (MBA in Marketing) with 5–10 years of experience in reputed industries — preferably construction, infrastructure, or real estate.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication, strong client-handling skills, and proven expertise in business development and project-based sales (PMC model).

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, calls, and online platforms.
  • Approach builders, architects, government departments, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and assist in deal closures.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare sales reports, target sheets, and weekly performance updates.
  • Coordinate with Project Management and Technical teams for client requirements.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Promote the company and its services via social media, WhatsApp, and email marketing.
  • Work with the design team to develop brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and track competitor activities and industry trends.

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Experience in construction / infrastructure / PMC companies preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & basic digital marketing tools
  • Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
  • Willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
