Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, visits, and online platforms.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
  • Coordinate with the operations and customer service team for smooth delivery.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or sales records.
  • Handle customer issues professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of MS Office or basic computer skills.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate (as per company need).
  • Prior sales experience is an advantage.
