Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in a furniture showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong understanding of furniture products, home décor, and customer service. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in selecting furniture and home décor products.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture styles, materials, and designs.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and offers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of furniture trends, materials, and market demand.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely product delivery.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and payment processing as per company guidelines.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom display.
  • Keep track of stock levels and customer preferences to suggest reordering.
  • Make calls on leads generation

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer preferences and suggest appropriate products.
  • Basic knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and modular furniture is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, POS software, and CRM tools (Preferred).
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:

Prior experience in a furniture showroom, home décor, or retail sales is preferred.

  • Certification in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management is a plus.
