Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize content for SEO and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Analyze performance metrics and create insightful reports to improve engagement and ROI.

Graphic Design & Content Creation:

  • Design high-quality graphics, infographics, and promotional material for campaigns, websites, and social media.
  • Develop engaging video content and motion graphics for reels, stories, and ads.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual assets.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Plan and schedule content calendars, staying updated on the latest trends.
  • Engage with the community and run targeted social media ad campaigns.

SEO/SEM & Website Support:

  • Support website updates, landing pages, and blog content for better organic reach.
  • Work with developers to ensure UX/UI remains smooth and optimized.
  • Skills Required:Digital Marketing Tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), Email Marketing (Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Graphic Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
  • Video Editing (Bonus): Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Other Descriptions:

Campaign Management: Plan and execute a wide range of digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

Content Creation & Management: Coordinate the creation of engaging content (e.g., website copy, blog posts, videos, graphics) and manage its distribution across different platforms, ensuring brand messaging is consistent.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Use web analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to measure the performance of all digital marketing efforts against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI) goals. They use these insights to optimize future campaigns.

Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors' offerings, and target audience behavior to identify new opportunities and inform strategy development.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development, design, content creators) and external agencies or vendors to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and a seamless user experience.

Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies (such as marketing automation and AI applications) and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
