Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager — Raj Rox Group (Jaipur | Chandigarh |)

About the Role:

Raj Rox Group — home to Raj Rox Production (films, ads, and music videos) and Raj Rox Digital Studio (digital marketing & brand strategy) — is looking for a dynamic Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our creative and client marketing operations.

If you're equally strong in content creation, digital strategy, and Meta ad performance, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute social media strategies for Raj Rox Production and client brands.
  • Manage content calendars, campaigns, and storytelling across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads).
  • Handle Meta Ads Manager — audience building, performance optimization, and ROI analysis.
  • Manage multiple client social media accounts; ensure creative output, engagement, and growth.
  • Lead a small internal team of designers, editors, and interns.
  • Collaborate with production teams for BTS content, ad shoots, and digital campaigns.
  • Track analytics, trends, and generate monthly reports for clients and internal projects.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years' experience in social media and digital marketing, ideally in media, entertainment, or agency setups.
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and YouTube Studio.
  • Proven success in running Meta Ads and building social media growth strategies.
  • Strong creative instincts, visual storytelling skills, and understanding of audience psychology.
  • Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
  • Leadership mindset — capable of handling client accounts independently.
