Google and Meta Ads Specialist

About the Role:
We're looking for a data-driven Performance Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other paid platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital advertising, analytics, and achieving measurable growth through performance-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Create and implement multi-channel ad strategies to drive conversions and lead generation.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for CPL, CTR, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve results.
- Analyze campaign data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics integrations.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop impactful ad creatives.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiar with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and campaign automation tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
