�� About the Role

We are looking for a high-performance Amazon Growth Manager who can take complete

responsibility for scaling Amazon brands. The ideal candidate must have a proven track

record of growing sales from $50,000 to $1,00000 (and beyond) within a defined period

using a mix of Amazon PPC and Off-Amazon marketing strategies.

This role is suited for someone who understands Amazon deeply — from ads, organic, SEO,

ranking strategies, analytics, pricing, to off-platform traffic — and can consistently achieve

sales targets with complete ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Revenue Growth & Sales Achievement

 Take full responsibility for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Scale sales from 50k → 100k or more through structured strategies.

 Create multi-layered growth plans combining PPC + SEO + off-Amazon traffic.

 Build funnels that drive consistent sales, including retargeting, external boosts &

ranking pushes.

  1. Amazon PPC & Scaling Strategies

 Create powerful PPC structures:

o Scaling campaigns

o Ranking campaigns

o Competitor conquesting

o Product defense

o Retargeting

 Optimize campaigns daily to reduce ACoS and increase ROAS.

 Harvest new keywords and audience data to improve visibility and conversions.

  1. Off-Amazon Sales Boosting

 Plan & execute external traffic strategies through:

o Meta ads

o Google ads

o Influencer traffic (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)

o Affiliates, deal sites, coupon engines

 Improve listing traffic & conversions through external demand generation.

  1. Advanced Analytics & Reporting

 Create advanced analytics dashboards using:

o Brand Analytics

o Helium10 / Data Dive

o Business Reports

o PPC data

o Market share & competitor insights

 Provide weekly and monthly performance reports showing:

o Revenue trends

o TACoS reduction

o Keyword ranking movement

o Conversion rate insights

o Action items & next-step strategies

  1. Listing Optimization & Conversion Improvement

 Audit and improve listings to boost CTR & CVR:

o Titles & SEO

o Infographics

o A+ content & Storefront

 Conduct regular split testing to maximize conversions.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

 Work with design, content, and catalog teams to execute changes quickly.

 Coordinate with operations to maintain inventory & avoid OOS issues.

 Communicate growth strategies clearly with clients and internal teams.

�� Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

 3–6 years experience in Amazon performance/growth roles.

 Proven ability to grow sales from ₹50,000 → ₹1,00,000 or higher within fixed

timelines.

 Strong command over Amazon PPC, ranking strategy, and sales funnels.

 Hands-on experience in driving sales through off-Amazon channels

(Meta/Google/Influencers, etc.).

 Expert in advanced reporting, data analysis & performance forecasting.

 Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, pricing psychology & competition

management.

Good-to-Have

 Multi-marketplace experience (US/UK/UAE/EU/India).

 Experience in scaling 6–7 figure monthly revenue accounts.

 Knowledge of automation tools & dashboards.
