Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
Project Lead

who can take ownership of projects, manage teams, and drive successful delivery. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering:

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs, define scope, and document clear technical requirements.

  • Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and guide the development team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

  • Oversee end-to-end project execution—from planning and development to deployment.

  • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure high-quality output.

  • Work across both frontend and backend development when required.

  • Manage databases and coordinate cloud infrastructure.

  • Ensure best coding practices, code reviews, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of technical experience

  • Strong hands-on skills in
    frontend & backend technologies

  • Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks:

  • Solid understanding of
    JavaScript/TypeScript

  • Programming knowledge in
