Research Developer

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled PhD-level Python, matlab Developer with strong expertise in software development, data analysis, and algorithmic problem-solving. The candidate will work on advanced research-driven projects that require the design, implementation, and optimization of Python & matlab based applications and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python & MATLAB implementation, research tools, and pipelines.
  • Implement algorithms for data processing, simulation, depending on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (researchers, and engineers) to translate theoretical models into practical implementations.
  • Optimize code performance for large-scale data and high-performance computing environments.
  • Ensure reproducibility and documentation of research code, experiments, and workflows.
  • Presenting research findings and contribute to technical report to clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience – Minimum 1 year in a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Matlab.
  • Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience in scientific computing, high-performance computing, or large-scale data analysis.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
