Job Description

We are looking for a
Java Developer / Trainer
who is passionate about coding, mentoring, and continuous learning. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Java development and a keen interest in teaching, research, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical training sessions on
    Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
    , and related frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain course content, assignments, and project materials.
  • Mentor trainees and junior developers to build strong coding practices.
  • Work on live or internal R&D projects to stay updated with emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with the technical and academic teams to enhance course quality.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and hands-on coding demonstrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience
    in Java development.
  • Strong understanding of OOP, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, and Spring Boot.
  • Excellent
    presentation and communication skills

  • Passion for
    teaching, learning, and research
    .
  • Knowledge of additional domains (e.g., Web Development, Cloud, or Databases) is an added advantage.
