Key Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and maintain regular communication.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop monthly and weekly roadmaps & strategies for client projects.
  • Collaborate on content development for websites, creatives, podcasts, and related material.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
  • Manage social media calendars, creatives, and engagement.
  • Conduct competitor and market research for insights.
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables and client satisfaction.

Operations

  • Maintain proper sheets, trackers, and databases for clients, campaigns, and operations.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams/vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support management with reporting, MIS, and day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in improving workflows and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong communication & client handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and marketing tools.
  • Ability to create strategies, presentations, and proposals.
  • Creativity in content development & marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
