IT Head

Role Overview

The IT Head will lead the overall technology strategy and digital infrastructure for Shree Hari brand. This role will ensure smooth IT operations across manufacturing, retail stores, B2B channels, and e-commerce platforms, while driving digital transformation initiatives. A key focus will be on managing enterprise systems such as SAP (ERP),POS system and implementing CRM system to streamline business processes, improve data visibility, and enable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Strategy & Governance

2. Define and execute the overall IT strategy aligned with business goals (retail, e-commerce, B2B, manufacturing).

3. Establish IT policies, SOPs, security standards, and governance frameworks.

4. Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.

5. ERP & Business Systems Management

6. Lead the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of SAP (ERP) for finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, and sales.

7. Ensure seamless integration of SAP with POS, CRM, e-commerce, and third-party platforms.

8. Partner with vendors & consultants for system upgrades, support, and optimization.

9. IT Infrastructure & Operations

10. Oversee the companys IT infrastructure (servers, network, cloud, cybersecurity).

11. Ensure 24x7 uptime of critical applications including SAP, POS, e-commerce platforms.

12. Implement IT security protocols, data backup, and disaster recovery systems.

13. Retail & E-Commerce Technology Enablement

14. Support omnichannel retail by ensuring POS system stability and real-time data flow.

15. Drive technology initiatives for enhancing online customer experience & analytics.

16. Enable store-level technology support for smooth sales and customer engagement.

17. Vendor & Team Management

18. Manage IT vendors, service providers, and consultants ensuring cost-effective solutions.

19. Build and lead a skilled IT team; conduct regular training to improve technical capabilities.

20. Evaluate and negotiate contracts for IT products and services.

21. Compliance & Security

22. Ensure compliance with data privacy and IT regulations (GDPR/Indian IT Act).

23. Implement cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive business and customer data.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP,CRM and POS system (implementation, customization, integration).
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
• Understanding of retail, e-commerce, and B2B technology requirements.
• Vendor and project management expertise for large-scale IT rollouts.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
