Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving international sales and business growth for Sisco Research Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. You will manage existing global business accounts while actively identifying and developing new opportunities in international markets. The role also involves representing the company at international exhibitions, seminars, and trade events to strengthen brand presence and expand global partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead international business development initiatives to achieve global sales and growth targets.
  • Identify, approach, and develop new distributors, partners, and clients across international markets.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing overseas customers and distributors.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and global market trends.
  • Prepare and execute sales strategies and promotional plans tailored to specific international regions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Logistics, QA/QC, and Regulatory to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to promote SRLs products and network with potential clients.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and regular performance reports for management.
  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and pricing strategies for assigned international regions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in international business development or export sales within the chemical, life science, or laboratory industry.
  • Strong understanding of global markets, import/export documentation, and international business regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for business meetings, exhibitions, and customer visits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
