Job Title: HR Manager (Part-Time – Incentive Based)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated HR Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is entirely incentive-based, providing flexibility and rewarding performance. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities :Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Coordinate with management to understand workforce requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
  • Requirements: Age: 30 to 60 years.
