About the Role:
We are looking for a Male HR Manager to manage the overall human resources and administrative functions for our office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations for staff working across office and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for office and management staff.
Coordinate interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
Plan and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
HR Operations & Policy Implementation
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS database.
Ensure smooth handling of attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
Draft, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Handle confirmation, appraisal, and exit processes efficiently.
Employee Engagement & Performance Management
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building programs.
Assist department heads in goal-setting and performance evaluation processes.
Identify training and development needs for staff and coordinate learning sessions.
Administrative Support
Manage general office administration, travel arrangements, and logistics.
Oversee vendor management, office supplies, and maintenance.
Support management in event coordination and internal communications.
HR Strategy & Reporting
Work with leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals.
Prepare monthly HR reports on attendance, recruitment, and performance.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure a positive, professional workplace culture.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
People-oriented with a proactive and disciplined approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration.
MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
5–10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment (non-labor role).
