Job Description

  • Create and drive strategy, framework, processes, data analysis for performance management, talent reviews/calibration, and performance management analytics in consultation with the Head HR.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
  • Lead HR Operations and Employee Relations.
  • Coach the recruitment team, drive senior level hiring, and oversee learning and development programs.
  • Design and analyze a variety ofHR surveys such as candidate experience survey, employee engagement survey, pulse survey, training effectiveness survey, etc.
  • Spearhead HR analytics initiatives to drive data-driven decisions. Should be able to design a variety of HR MIS reports and HR dashboards using MS-Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Create HR Presentations and HR Communication collaterals.
  • Oversee HRMS implementation for process optimization and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • 5 years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating and driving talent and learning programs that positively calibrate talent with rigor, deepen succession and increase organizational capability.
  • Should have experience in Compensation and Benefits Design and Payroll administration.
  • Proficient in HR Analytics and Advanced Dashboards.
  • Ability to effectively interface with and influence employees/managers at all levels of the organization and across business units (interventions).
