As we expand across Madhya Pradesh, we're looking for a proactive and people-focused Regional HR Manager to lead our HR operations, build strong teams, and create a culture of performance and belonging at the regional level.
Role Overview:
The Regional HR Manager will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end HR function across multiple cities within the region. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and team development. The ideal candidate should be both strategic and hands-on — capable of aligning HR processes with business goals while fostering a strong, people-first culture.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for regional roles including sourcing, screening, and hiring.
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and fill positions within defined timelines.
- Oversee smooth onboarding, orientation, and induction for new hires.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for regional teams.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment through regular engagement activities.
- Address employee grievances and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Performance Management:
- Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting regular appraisals.
- Identify high performers and support succession planning initiatives.
- Training & Development:
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to build team capabilities.
- Support leadership development initiatives across the region.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and reports.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination for regional employees.
- Strategic HR Partnership:
- Work closely with corporate HR and leadership teams to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Contribute to workforce planning, organizational development, and culture-building efforts.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance.
- Proven experience in recruitment and team building for multi-location roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Empathy and people management skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with regional travel as needed.
