About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager (Sales – Healthcare) to lead our sales and business development operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through strategic tie-ups with doctors, diagnostic labs, and healthcare partners, while leading a motivated sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring consistent performance and goal achievement.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with doctors, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Create and implement promotional activities to strengthen brand presence in the market.
  • Maintain and analyze sales data, performance reports, and growth forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and operational goals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharma sales & marketing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to plan and execute business development initiatives independently.
  • Result-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
