Role Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with decision-makers, and pitching our services and offerings. Youll play a key role in driving revenue growth through disciplined follow-ups, strategic outreach, and persuasive communication.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and reach out to corporate Businesses, SMEs, and government departments.
Initiate contact with CXOs, IT heads, and procurement officers to introduce our services.
Client Engagement & Pitching
Present tailored solutions and offerings based on client needs.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and proposal discussions.
Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
Maintain disciplined and consistent follow-ups with prospects.
Track leads, opportunities, and conversions .
Negotiation & Closure
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
Close deals and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
Sales Target Achievement
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Contribute to strategic sales planning and forecasting.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati
 - Proven experience in IT sales, concept selling, and software services
 - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
 - Self-motivated, energetic, and a go-getter attitude
 - Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
 - Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and networking
