To achieve this, we are expanding our global sales team with high-energy professionals.
Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Lead Generation Specialist to build a consistent pipeline of qualified international prospects (importers, distributors, and manufacturers). The ideal candidate will combine market research with hands-on campaign execution across LinkedIn, email, calls, and paid campaigns (Google Ads/Google Lead Gen) to generate high-quality leads for our International Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B leads via online research, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
Plan and execute Google Ads / Paid Lead Generation campaigns with clear ROI targets.
Qualify prospects based on defined parameters and pass them to the sales team.
Build, update, and manage a robust lead database in CRM.
Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, ImportYeti etc.
Collaborate with Export Managers and Marketing for aligned campaigns & lead nurturing.
Track, measure, and report weekly lead generation metrics (CPL, conversions, ROI).
Requirements
2–4 years' proven experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably in exports, SaaS, or building materials).
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with global exposure.
Proven experience running Google Ads campaigns & Google Lead Generation campaigns with measurable results.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems & lead-gen tools.
Ability to research international markets, identify decision-makers, and generate qualified leads.
Graduate in Business/Marketing preferred; MBA is a plus.
