Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Strategist - HRBP at our Coimbatore location. The Performance Strategist - HRBP will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management strategies and frameworks, conducting regular employee performance reviews, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include collaborating with various departments to identify performance improvement opportunities, providing coaching and support to managers and employees, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement. The role also involves facilitating training sessions, developing career progression plans, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

  • Strong skills in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics, and HR Analytics
  • Experience in Employee Coaching, Training Facilitation, and Career Development

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in the HR domain, particularly in a strategic HRBP role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
