About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and support the sales pipeline. The role requires strong communication, excellent follow-up discipline, and expertise in using Advanced Excel to manage reports and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound leads.
- Identify business opportunities and nurture them through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain lead databases, call logs, and follow-up trackers in Excel.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards using advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversions.
- Consistently achieve lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- Graduate (any stream), 1–3 years of experience in inside sales/ telecalling/ telesales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel for reporting and data management.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams.
