The Fort House – IHCL SeleQtions, Diu

We are inviting applications for the role of Restaurant Manager at The Fort House, IHCL SeleQtions, Diu. This role is central to delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and high service standards across our restaurants.

**Role & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and excellence.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless food & beverage delivery.
  • Monitor quality, hygiene, and service standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Plan and implement guest engagement activities to enhance restaurant experience.
  • Manage reservations, table allocations, and guest preferences.
  • Identify and promote upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain reports on restaurant performance, guest satisfaction, and sales.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline
  • Strong experience in Food & Beverage operations and guest service
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in team management and training
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software is an advantage
  • Prior experience with a reputed hospitality brand is preferred
