Role Description We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive to join our Sales Team at The Deltin, Daman. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales function, coordinating client requirements, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Requisites: - Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Sales, Hospitality, or a related field. - 02 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of hotel sales systems (preferred). - A proactive approach with attention to detail and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities: - Assist the Sales Team in managing client inquiries, proposals, and bookings. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service execution. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data. - Support the preparation of sales reports, contracts, and presentations. - Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective coordination and client relationship management. - Conduct on-field visits to meet clients, generate leads, and promote hotel services.
