Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive
to join our

The Deltin, Daman
. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales function, coordinating client requirements, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requisites:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Sales, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of hotel sales systems (preferred).
  • A proactive approach with attention to detail and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Team in managing client inquiries, proposals, and bookings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, contracts, and presentations.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective coordination and client relationship management.
  • Conduct on-field visits to meet clients, generate leads, and promote hotel services.
