As a Senior RevOps/ Growth Specialist Senior, you'll sit at the center of Fynd's go-to-market engine — helping align Sales, Marketing and Product for growth. You'll own the strategy, execution, and performance monitoring of our revenue stack, sales processes, and data workflows. You'll be critical in enabling the sales org, improving outbound systems, and preparing our GTM motion to scale globally.
What will you do at Fynd?
Sales & Revenue Operations
- Own sales forecast tracking, deal progression reporting, and pipeline health metrics
- Drive the process and rule book for sales to ensure consistency and accuracy of data
- Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to improve funnel efficiency
- Deliver reports and metrics across teams and leadership for GTM governance
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to design and scale ABM programs (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many)
- Target Tier accounts using revenue potential, industry fit, and intent signals
- Support multi-channel campaigns with personalized outreach content and measurable KPIs
- Ensure full-funnel attribution and performance reporting across ABM campaigns
Tech Stack & Process Ownership
- Maintain and optimize our GTM stack (HubSpot, Aircall, EasyLeadz, Lusha, La Growth Machine, etc.)
- Evaluate new tools for outbound sales and sales intelligence — lead vendor comparisons and pilot execution
- Drive tech integrations (e.g., via Zapier, APIs) to unify lead flow, enrichment, and attribution
- Champion data hygiene, lead routing, and automation best practices
Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Leadership — using HubSpot, Excel, SQL, etc.
- Analyze campaign performance, multi-touch attribution and ROI
- Present insights that improve funnel velocity and GTM effectiveness
Cross-Functional Strategy
- Drive quarterly GTM planning processes (lead scoring models, SLA design, pipeline targets)
- Design scalable processes, SOPs, and enablement frameworks across Sales and Marketing
Some specific requirements
- 4–6 years of RevOps, Sales Ops, or Strategy experience in a high-growth B2B or SaaS business
- Strong command over CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with new Gen - AI outbound tools
- Advanced Excel/GSheets skills; SQL a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Experience building GTM processes from scratch is a strong plus

- Past ownership of outbound/SDR tech stack
- Familiarity with MENA, UK or SEA sales ecosystems
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product
