Role Description

The Deputy Manager Corporate Legal role at SK Finance Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves managing various legal functions, including the preparation and review of legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and providing expert legal advice to the organization. Key responsibilities include handling legal affairs, managing contracts and agreements, and providing support on legal matters while ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments relevant to the financial industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Law and Legal Affairs, including corporate governance and litigation management
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork
  • Experience in Legal Compliance and ensuring adherence to applicable industry regulations
  • Capability in providing sound Legal Consulting and advisory services to support business operations
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant educational qualification, such as LLB or equivalent in law
  • Familiarity with financial sector regulations and experience in NBFCs is an added advantage
