Job Summary

RS9 Group is India's integrated Legal & Financial Recovery network, empaneled with leading banks and financial institutions under RBI frameworks (SARFAESI / DRT / RACO RODA / NPA Recovery).

We seek a strong operations-minded professional to lead our nationwide Legal & Recovery business, build teams, expand client networks, and maintain profitability and compliance across all group entities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all legal & recovery operations across public, private, cooperative banks, NBFCs, HFCs and ARCs throughout India.
  • Build regional recovery teams and ensure process compliance (SARFAESI, NPA, Auction & DRT).
  • Drive business development and new client empanelment.
  • Monitor performance via ERP dashboards (BankMitra 2.0) and MIS reports.
  • Maintain cost discipline, billing accuracy, and 100 % voucher verification.
  • Coordinate with Finance for revenue / profit analysis and statutory compliance.

Key Performance Areas

  • Maintain Net Profit ≥ ₹ 22 L + (additional CTC + overhead on new staff) × 1.1 per month after all expenses.
  • Achieve ₹ 1.5 – 2.2 Cr monthly billing at 10 – 15 % gross margin.
  • Each new hire must generate ≥ 10 × their CTC in billing within 90 days.
  • Ensure 100 % ERP-based case tracking and compliance.

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • 10 + years in recovery-agency management, collections, or legal operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-state teams and financial targets.
  • Strong leadership, analytics, and process-discipline mindset.
  • Tech-friendly (ERP / Google Suite / Excel MIS).
  • Excellent written & verbal communication in English / Hindi.

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: ₹ – ₹ per month
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 10 % of Net Profit above the baseline ₹22L+(add.CTC+overheads)×1.1₹ 22 L + (add. CTC + overheads) × 1.1₹22L+(add.CTC+overheads)×1.1 (post-audit)
  • Annual CTC: ₹ 10 – 13 L (p.a.) · All-inclusive
  • Travel Allowance: Actual (as per voucher)
