About the Role

We are hiring a Recovery Manager to manage our legal and recovery operations across Rajasthan from our Jaipur Head Office.

The candidate will coordinate between banks, field agents (LFAs), and our panel advocates to ensure timely execution of all SARFAESI, DRT, and legal recovery assignments.

This is a core managerial position for those who understand the bank recovery ecosystem and can drive performance through process and proof-based management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Bank Recovery assignments across all Rajasthan districts.
  • Assign and monitor work of Legal Field Agents (LFAs) and Advocates.
  • Coordinate notices, possession actions, DRT/Lok Adalat cases, and compliance proofs.
  • Ensure billing and collection follow-up (T+3 billing, T+30 collection).
  • Maintain MIS dashboards and Google Sheet trackers for all assignments.
  • Visit major branches periodically to build rapport and resolve pending issues.
  • Conduct daily EOD reporting and weekly progress reviews.

Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • File assignment within 24 hours.
  • Minimum 15 new branches activated weekly.
  • 85% collection realization within 30 days.
  • 100% proof upload and billing within timeline.
  • LFA productivity ≥10 visits/day average.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred).
  • Prior experience in Bank Recovery, SARFAESI, or NBFC Field Operations.
  • Excellent coordination & documentation handling skills.
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Drive & WhatsApp-based reporting.
  • Comfortable travelling within Rajasthan (10–15 days/month).
  • Assertive communication and compliance discipline.

Compensation

  • Fixed Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month (based on experience)
  • Incentives: 2–3% of realized billing + LFA performance-linked bonus
  • Allowances: Travel & Field Reimbursement as per policy
  • Performance Bonus: ₹10,000/month for 100% KPI achievement

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Jaipur Head Office (with field travel as required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹47,328.14 per month
