Greetings

We are looking for Executive Assistant to COO in one of the leading company.

Location: Nerul

Responsibilities

  • Manage the COOs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
  • Coordinate and follow up on project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the COO.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, invoices, and expenses related to the COOs office.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
